Kiwanis Club of Hartsdale annual fundraiser. Carnival includes rides for children and teens, a variety of food concessions. Thursday August 30 and Friday, August 31, Carnival opens at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday, September. 1, 2, and 3, the Carnival opens at 2 p.m.
